THIS CROWD IS NOW TOTALLY SOLD OUT
Crowd Racing, in partnership with Kubler Racing are delighted to offer Sognatore a Vadamos colt, a stunning 2yr old colt.
Crowd Racing, in partnership with Kubler Racing are delighted to offer shares in a Vadamos 2 year old colt out of a lovely mare "Of Course Darling".
The colt is very advanced in his work and looks like being an early type. He is strong, athletic and well balanced, with a lovely nature. While he is bred to be best over 7f or a mile, he is showing enough speed to be racing initially over 5f or 6f.
The colt is beautifully bred. The mare (Of Course Darling) is from a superb family and is closely related to Valiant (RPR 100) Whazzat (RPR 103) Cultarati (RPR 107) and Rafha (RPR 120) which leads to top class performers and super sires such as Invincible Spirit and Kodiac.
Vadamos is a first season sire, but there is much to like about his potential to breed winners. As a racehorse he reached a peak RPR of 122 and an official rating of 120, winning a Group 1 and two x Group 2s earning over £600,000 in prize money. Vadmaos is from the family of Breeders Cup winner Val Royal, and was a top class racehorse. It is exciting to see the influence he has on our colt. He is by the great German stallion Monsun and was a top class miler, who was able to win good races over distances as far as a mile and a half. He hails from an exceptional Aga Khan bloodline, and had an incredible turn of foot on the course.
This colt is out of a winning Dalakhani mare who hails from the family of leading sires Invincible Spirit and Kodiac and several other top class performers. It is currently one of the most exciting families in the stud book.
We loved the shape of this colt and he looks like he will make into a two year old, with seven furlongs in the early summer likely to prove his forte and we would expect him to develop into a miler and beyond at three. He has really taken well to his work and is showing precocity and potential and looks likely to be an early two year old runner.
This Crowd is a great one to get involved with, owning a piece of a young colt with so much potential. The costs include everything needed to look after and race the colt until October 2020, at which stage the share holders will take a vote on whether to keep the horse or send him to the sales. Even if the vote is to keep the horse, nobody would be obliged to stay in.
Looking at the way the colt is developing, along with his breeding and the track record of his family there is every reason to think he will have a successful racing career.
The colt is in training with Daniel Kubler and the team at Sarsen Farm, Lambourn.
Daniel Kubler and his wife Claire, and the team at Sarsen Farm are proving to be real assets. They provide excellent and regular updates and are great hosts for stable visits. We are looking forward to continuing work with the team and giving all the owners plenty of fun and winners. The team trained Arishka for us last year and she won 2 races as well as running very well on numerous other occasions.
Daniel and Claire took the plunge to begin training on our own seven years ago having built up experience around the world with some top class trainers, bloodstock agents and stud farms. Dan has worked in racing for his entire career including spells as assistant to Roger Charlton and Ben Cecil whilst Claire was assistant to Paddy Gallagher and Jeremy Noseda and grew up on her parents stud farm in Cumbria, she qualified as an accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers after getting a degree in Natural Sciences at Cambridge. They started out with six horses and have increased the string every year. Kubler Racing have had excellent success with horses they have purchased as yearlings and older horses from other yards.
Successful yearling buys include Group placed two year old Il Paparazzi, who returned ten times his purchase price to his owners when sold to Hong Kong, whilst Outrage has won five races and looks like being a sprinter for some of the big races in the coming months. They are currently building a long term base in the heart of Upper Lambourn, that will be a state of the art yard with a premium on the health and welfare of the horses and providing fantastic facilities for owners when you come to visit your horse.
Potential owners are welcome to visit the yard, see the horse, and meet the team.
By purchasing shares in this colt, you are agreeing to the terms of our contract. Please feel free to request a copy at any time.
